About this venue

Wild Clay Studios is a Bristol based pottery studio founded by Jess Xuereb and Rosi Tooth in June 2023. Our studio is a vibrant space born from a shared passion for pottery, illustration and all things crafty! After connecting at another Bristol pottery studio, we decided to create a community where creativity flourishes and everyone can explore their artistic potential.

Here at Wild Clay Studios we provide a variety of classes designed for every skill level. Our sessions centre around hand building techniques such as coiling, slab building and/ or pinching, allowing you to craft unique pieces that can be elegantly adorned with glazes and underglazes. Hello! I'm Jess from Jess Made This Mess and I offer a wide variety of ceramic workshops at Wild Clay Studios! My workshops are intended to be a safe and creative space that encourage people to try something new using hand building techniques such as slab building, coiling and pinching. I aim to make pottery accessible to everyone and anyone that wants to give it a go! You don't need all the bells and whistles to make a gorgeous pot, and thats the brilliant thing about pottery.
