Water Cast Jewellery Class

Get crafty and creative with this fun beginner-friendly jewellery workshop in Liverpool!

During this craft workshop, you will have the opportunity to make two or three truly unique pieces of water cast jewellery.

Once the molten metal has been cast in the water, you can design how you will use it in your finished design, for example, you may wish to turn it into a pendant, an accent for a ring or statement earrings! There's even the option to add semi-precious gemstone beads or Swarovski pearls to your finished design.

Throughout the class, you will learn about the process of creating water cast jewellery, the different types of silver we use (both fine silver and solid silver) and then watching the beautifully organic shapes be cast in the water as the molten metal is added.

Depending on how you want to finish your designs you may also learn how to solder on earring posts, make a ring band or necklace bail.

New to jewellery making? Don't worry, your friendly teacher will be on hand from start to finish to support and inspire you while also allowing you to make your jewellery independently.

At the end of this fun craft class, you'll walk away with your creations as well as the skills and know-how to make many more!

• All under 16s will need to be accompanied by a participating adult.
