Come and have a paint party with us! Learn how to paint your own masterpiece as you relax with your friends, family and a glass of wine.
This art workshop is an ideal way for beginners to master some new art skills and find a new favourite hobby. If you're feeling confident, paint outside the lines and add your own unique flair.
With a paintbrush in one hand and a glass of your favourite drink in another, you'll be guided through a colourful adventure by a talented teacher. They will share all their best tips and tricks as you unleash your imagination onto the canvas.
Please arrive around fifteen minutes before the event begins, purchase a drink at the venue bar, settle down at your canvas, and get ready to paint!
By the end of this paint and wine experience, you will have some new skills up your sleeve and your own piece of art.
Our events are recommended for anyone over the age of 16. However, please contact us if you are booking for anyone under the age of 18 as each venue has licensing conditions that can restrict attendance of minors.

  • 4/5 from Harriet, attended Jul 2026: This was my first brush party and won’t be my last! I think we accidentally chose a pretty hard painting but the teacher was excellent at breaking it down for us & I’m so happy with my painting at the end!
  • 5/5 from Debbie Marsden, attended May 2026: I was amazed what I created. Our teacher was calm and instructions detailed so we could follow her directions. The atmosphere was friendly and fun whilst everyone obviously was focussed on creating something speacial. Friends and family have been surprised and impressed. I would definitely repeat Thank you
  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended May 2026: An intense but enjoyable evening. I would have liked the teacher to have been clearer in her instructions and to spend less time explaining why we were doing things and more time in explaining how to do them.
  • 5/5 from Agnieszka Szalus, attended Apr 2026: Lady teacher was amazing, the best, helpful, cheerful and well organised. Atmosphere was great too, nice ladies came to paint.
  • 5/5 from Catherine Dixon, attended Feb 2026: An absolute brilliant class whether you’re a novice or competent artist. We all left with a painting worth hanging. The Beech House at Beaconsfield was ideal as food and drink was available prior to class starting. Natalie, our artist in residence, gave clear instructions on applying paint plus the confidence to try our own individual touches. I will definitely be attending further classes..
  • 5/5 from Claire Jones, attended Dec 2025: Great painting to do for Xmas. Clear instructions, and done in a timely manner. It will be next years Xmas card to friends and family
  • 5/5 from John, attended Nov 2025: Great fun and we both ended up with passable tigers. Very fast moving! No time to take a drink at times. When we asked Helen to slow down, she did.
  • 5/5 from Nicola Crowther, attended Nov 2025: Quite intense but good fun
  • 4/5 from Nick Milner, attended Nov 2025: Christmas present from our son. Great experience for novices. Venue and materials good. Enjoyed it!
  • 5/5 from Michelle Thorn, attended Sep 2025: This was my 4th time and still absolutely loved it. Our teacher was great, friendly and supportive and clear instructions. Another fab event
  • 4/5 from Deb Anstey, attended Jul 2025: Very good tutorial, excellent topic, felt a little rushed
  • 5/5 from Andrea Styles, attended Jun 2025: I’d been to a Brush party before and after talking about it my friends decided they’d like t try it. Instructions were clear, materials good and we all had a fun evening ending with a result that we were all surprised and pleased with! Having been to Beech House and Spindle and Thread in Wycombe I think I preferred the set up in the Spindle and Thread where there were 2 tables next to each other rather than 1 long table but that’s just being picky because it was a great evening
  • 5/5 from Amy O'Brien, attended Mar 2025: I had a great night, I felt relaxed and had fun. The teacher was fast paced but still waited for people to catch up. I’ll definitely be booking again.
  • 5/5 from P Butler, attended Mar 2025: Class was brilliant, I’m not a painter but feel I have achieved something and a keepsake
  • 4/5 from Laura Mason, attended Jan 2025: The teacher was amazing. So calm and patient and helpful. The helper spent her whole time on her phone and was NOT helpful at all.
  • 3/5 from Jackie Newall, attended Dec 2024: Overall good class... but music from the pub part was way to loud and intruded in the brush party.
  • 5/5 from Samantha Howarth, attended Nov 2024: Brilliant Christmas brush party - teachers were amazing, really happy and friendly - we had a fab time! The gonk paintings were all so adorable! The venue was great - plenty of space for everyone! Would definitely go again and highly recommend to anyone, you don’t need to have any experience at all!.
  • 5/5 from Alexis Gentle, attended Oct 2024: Fabulous instruction (and a little help if you need it) Without an artistic bone in your body you will be able to turn out something lovely. A unique and fun way to spend an evening with friends.
  • 4/5 from Anonymised ClassBento customer, attended Oct 2024: Teacher was great but should have been confident enough to ask venue to turn music down in our area (if possible) as was often difficult to hear her. Assistant was helpful when you got her attention but that wasn’t easy to do as she spent most of the time engrossed in her phone. Left teacher to do a lot of the ‘helping’. Would be good to know, at the start, when the breaks will be, the people then might chat less during the teaching. As we do also want to be able to catch up with each other. Overall great fun, learnt a lot and really enjoyed painting…haven’t done any since being a teen!
  • 5/5 from Sara Mehrabadi, attended Sep 2024: It was a great venue, very good vibe, amazing teachers… really beautiful and fun event
  • 5/5 from Lianne Yeardley, attended Sep 2024: Lovely as always! A great evening with friends. Would recommend to everyone! Feeling like Picasso.
  • 5/5 from Rochelle Parry, attended Sep 2024: What a wonderful evening! I enjoyed the class very much and am already looking forward to the next one!
  • 5/5 from Michelle Thorn, attended Jul 2024: It’s the second one I’ve been to and thoroughly enjoyed. Good fun, you don’t need to be good at art. The teacher was fantastic, good at explaining and demonstrating and really patient
