Pasta Under the Moon – A One-Off Celestial Cooking Workshop Beneath Luke Jerram’s ‘Museum of the Moon’
Join us for a truly unique evening of hand-rolled pasta-making beneath the glow of Luke Jerram’s stunning Museum of the Moon installation.
In this one-night-only workshop, we’ll be making two kinds of fresh filled pasta – dramatic black and classic white – a nod to night and day, moonlight and shadow. The black pasta will be coloured with squid ink, giving it a delicate briny richness (please note: not suitable for vegetarians, but pescatarian-friendly).
You’ll choose between two fillings:
  • Crab & Ricotta – light, luxurious and full of flavour
  • Spinach & Ricotta – a timeless, vibrant classic
We’ll roll the pasta by hand – no machines, just rolling pins, rhythm, a little flour, a little laughter, and a touch of moon magic. Then we’ll cook everything and sit down together for a shared meal under the lunar glow.
Included:
  • Hand-rolled pasta-making workshop
  • A delicious sit-down meal
  • A small keepsake to take home
  • A glass of something lovely to sip as you cook
A slightly larger group than usual – with extra chefs on hand to support and guide.
What you'll get
A meal of fresh home made pasta, Recipe card with certificate, a small keepsake.

I love to cook with others and I love to share my knowledge. For over ten years I sailed around the world working as a high end personal chef on luxury sailing yachts. I have a passion for food and have had the pleasure of travelling to many different countries seeing the assortment of flavours and variations of dishes. This has enabled me to pick up flavour combinations and skills from people around the world.
As a luxury yacht chef, you need to be able to cook a wide variety of food. Pretty much whatever the guests ask for, you need to magically make appear from the galley! I loved this challenge and it enabled me to discover and master a wide variety of cuisines. Wherever we dropped anchor I would hunt for fresh ideas -- the foods at the market, the fellow yacht cheffies, the local chefs and homes. Part of my on-going training has included an intensive course at the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners (ICIF) in the Piemonte region of Italy and sushi classes at the Japanese Institute in LA.
I have since settled on land and am now enjoying bringing people together through my fun, interactive cooking classes.
