The evening is suitable for anyone - from wine novices to the experts, and you don't need to be vegan, just open-minded!The vegan cheese is sourced from La Fauxmagerie - they're artisan vegan cheesemakers/mongers based in London. Their cheeses are beautifully crafted, and made with similar cultures and techniques as "real" cheese, but using nuts as a base rather than dairy. This means you're getting soft cheeses with rinds, blue cheese with proper veins, and cheese that is complex, rich, creamy, and luxurious. Whether you're vegan or not, I promise you: they're delicious! For the wine, you'll be trying some classic pairings inspired by matches that are often made for dairy cheeses.
