Two-Hour Taster Pottery Wheel Class

Ever fancied dipping your toe into ceramics? Join us for a fun two-hour taster session where you'll have the opportunity to make a pot. Led by a pottery pro, you'll spend the morning at a purpose-built studio, learning the three stages of wheel throwing. The pottery class will begin with a warm welcome, full demonstration and brief introduction to the equipment, and then it's aprons on and sleeves up! You'll be given all the tools and materials you need, and you'll be able to sink into the relaxed and supportive atmosphere, helping you feel at ease as you discover the art of pottery making.During this workshop, you'll not only learn how to throw pottery, but also experience the satisfaction of creating something truly special with your own hands. By the end of the session, you can expect to have crafted at least one finished piece, with the potential to create even more. Join us for a memorable experience and take home your handmade pottery as a memento of your time spent discovering this wonderful craft.NotesTeenagers are welcome to join with participating guardian, so everyone can experience the joy of working with clay on the wheel.
