The Silver Duck was founded in 2012 by Bristol based award-winning silversmith Charlotte Anne Duckworth.
Teaching the craft and sharing knowledge through public workshops, The Silver Duck offers jewellery and silversmithing workshops and courses to introduce you to the world of silversmithing.
The Silver Duck designs and produces bespoke artisan silverware, tableware and jewellery. Crafting beautiful utensils and tableware from sterling silver and English holly wood, bringing the joy of fine dining to your home. Charlotte creates exquisite yet functional pieces of art for the kitchen to bring people together over food and be in the present moment.

I did this class with my daughter as a birthday treat and we both really enjoyed it and are very proud of the pendants we made. I was worried about not being artistic/creative enough to come up with a design but Charlotte was great at giving ideas and steering us without taking over. She got us to practice the skills before making our final piece and gave just the right amount of help with each step. I would really recommend this as a lovely way to spend a day learning a new skill and bringing home a fabulous creation!

Such a brilliant day with Charlotte! I bought the earring workshop for two people as a gift and we both already had ideas on what we wanted to make. Charlotte was so knowledgeable and happy to try new and different ideas so our visions were happily fulfilled. Really fun day, I’ll be recommending the workshop to everyone!

Sarah was an absolute dream to have as our teacher and it was wonderful to learn her skill. We spent nearly 4 hours with her crafting the most beautiful earrings. Every step she explained and supervised to ensure we both learnt the skill and got to put it into practice. It was a lovely atmosphere and such a great experience, I highly recommend the earring workshop but also Sarah for anything silverware related. Will definitely be back again
