About this venue
The Sewing Room & The Craft Space is a newly refurbished, cosy and inviting venue designed for creative sessions and relaxed get-togethers. The space features a bright and contemporary craft room with a large central table – complete with coverable electric points – plus a smaller foldaway table for flexible use.Alongside the craft room, you’ll find a snug seating area with three comfy chairs, perfect for socialising, relaxing, or taking a break. A compact kitchen area with tea and coffee making facilities is available, and there’s also a convenient toilet on-site.

Hello, I’m Suzy Todd – the heart and hands behind The Sewing Room & The Craft Space.
I’ve spent many years immersed in the world of sewing, crafts, and textiles, and I’m lucky enough to have turned that passion into my own cosy little shop. Here you’ll find fabric, haberdashery, and plenty of inspiration.
But more than that, it’s a place to learn, create, and feel at home. The newly refurbished Craft Space consists of a fully functional craft room, a cosy snug with easy chairs (for breakout groups or just having a cuppa), a small kitchen area with tea and coffee facilities, and toilet just for the group's use, all decorated in a fun, contemporary style.
Through my sewing and craft classes, I love sharing skills in a friendly, down-to-earth way. There are no airs and graces here – just me, guiding you at your own pace, helping you to discover the joy of making something with your own two hands.
