Paint Your Own Large Abstract Painting on Canvas one day Workshop.

This isn't a typical painting art class. This isn't a "paint by numbers" class or a "copy how I paint" approach.

In this class, we will do things differently:

• The main tool we will be using is not the brush. It's our mind - free from limitations.
• We will paint intuitively! Spontaneously to the music, allowing the paint to evolve and reveal itself freely into an explosion of colours, patterns, marks, shapes, and texture on the canvas.
• We will paint big! Big brush movements, a bold colour palette, and even using your fingers. The intention is to let go of any expectations and fully express ourselves, our inner world, our feelings, and emotions.
• We will get messy! It's a rare opportunity to experiment with a wide range of art materials (acrylic, watercolours, pastels, chalk, etc.) to find our creative voice in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
• We will free ourselves from limiting beliefs! This dynamic and creative free-flow painting style will move us through past fears, creative blocks, and self-doubt into joy and freedom!

The people who come to this class are from all walks of life, and the urge to create and express through painting brings us together. So let's seek inspiration, experiment, let go, and nurture our creativity together - for creativity is an essential part of human nature. The practise of making art is the practise of living fully.

Beginners friendly, no painting or drawing skills are required. Adults and teenagers welcome.

This is a safe space for anyone! Even those who think they aren't creative or can't paint or draw. Also, this is a great opportunity for creative types who haven't picked up a paintbrush in a while but are longing to express themselves through art. We can play and feel like a kid again without worrying about the end result. Nobody will judge what we create together. We are all on a journey to find our inner artist. What’s included:

• 1 x Large canvas (80x100cm or bigger, deep edge)
• 1 x Large paper to practise on
• Art materials: acrylic paint, watercolours, spray paints, pastels, gesso, and more… (you’re welcome to bring your own materials too)
• A selection of brushes, texture and marking tools, an apron, and everything else you’ll need to create your one-of-a-kind abstract
• Delicious vegetarian lunch
• Refreshments: tea, biscuits, and fruits
