My first passion is gardening, and having learned all about growing cacao, I decided to learn about making chocolates. So for my 70th birthday, I treated myself to a week of professional courses at the Callebaut Chocolate Academy. I love sharing my knowledge with others. I like to teach what the professionals make using sophisticated machinery but doing it in a home kitchen all by hand. Please join me for a very enjoyable day making chocolates with delicious ganache fillings.
