In this authentic Italian cooking workshop, you'll learn how to create your own fresh pasta using traditional techniques. Throughout the session, you'll develop essential pasta-making skills while crafting multiple pasta varieties and complementary sauces to enjoy.
This hands-on activity welcomes participants of all skill levels, requiring no previous pasta-making experience. The process combines simple ingredients with proper technique – perfect for mastering this fundamental Italian culinary skill.
During the workshop, you'll discover how to create both egg pasta ripiena (filled pasta) and classic shapes made from simple flour/water doughs such as garganelli and orecchiette.
