About this venue
Welcome to our space! Studio Dawn is a beautiful new self-care focussed workshop space and craft store. Located in Manchester city centre, the shop is a vibrant and beautiful space that welcomes anyone who loves creativity! The shop itself stocks craft kits and a wide array of art supplies - the perfect place to get creative! Within the shop there is a dedicated workshop space that seats 10 but can be expanded to fit up to 20 people. There is running water and access to electricity, as well as speakers for music. Our venue is flat with no need for lifts or ramps and we have an accessible toilet.We have tables and chairs to seat all guests, and the shop is a beautiful space to be in!

I'm Chelsie, a macrame maestro and all-round craft queen based in Manchester!
I found macrame during the pandemic when I needed something to calm my mind. I found so much mindfulness within the craft, and have since opened a creative studio where people come together to learn macrame and other crafts as a form of self care.
I'm passionate about sharing different ways to be creative; I don't believe that you have to be great (or even good!) at a craft to find joy and peace in it. The first step to being good at something is being bad at it!
