Spark Within creates creative experiences designed to calm your mind, reconnect you with yourself and give you space to slow down.

I’ve combined my passion for creativity with my coaching skills to create experiences that are not only enjoyable, but genuinely meaningful.

I’ve always been a creative person, and Spark Within is where I’ve finally brought together all of my skills, knowledge and passions. I truly believe you don’t need to be an expert to try something new, get creative or simply enjoy making something with your hands.

Having recently completed my coaching training, I’ve been able to bring a deeper purpose to my sessions, thoughtfully combining creativity and coaching to help you switch off, reflect, and lighten the mental load.

Because sometimes, you just need a little space to pause, create and reconnect with yourself.
