What you'll do
Combine the art of making jewellery with silver clay and adding vibrant colour with enamel and come away with personal treasures you can wear with pride. Unlock your inner artist to create striking designs and patterns.
Join your friendly teacher in their welcoming workshop nestled in the Shropshire Hills for a day of crafting DIY jewellery. You'll get hands-on experience with rolling, texturing, cutting, and firing the clay.
You'll also delve into enamelling and firing again to bring your pieces to life. We'll start with champlevé techniques and, depending on your skill level, may move on to cloisonné techniques. You'll have plenty of support to guide you at every step of this rewarding process as well as endless tea and coffee.
At the end of the class, you'll leave with beautiful pieces and memories to cherish. Plus, you will have all the skills and knowledge to continue creating even more handmade jewellery.

I first learnt to crochet as a child and spent hours and hours making, sewing, knitting and learning every new technique possible in art, craft and design. After a degree in graphics and 16 years of experience teaching Textiles, Graphics, Art & Design and Design & Technology, I strongly believe in developing my own practice to be the best tutor I can be. I am continually inspired by my students of all ages, so it's definitely a two-way street!
