Mel was great as usual she explains everything clearly and answers any question as you go through

MEL was brilliant again! She went over everything in great detail explained everything clearly and showed us both pre planned designs and how to design your own. The biggest thing I would say to hobby craft as a company is they need to improve their Internet connections in store if they are putting on these workshops! This is the second one I have done and the internet has been the only issue each time and it is very frustrating for the demonstrator who do a great job.

Mel was really helpful and although we had a few problems with the machine it was actually helpful because it showed me what to do if it goes wrong. Looking forward to my mug press workshop with Mel this week
