This was a relaxing workshop with great results. The materials provided are great so the workshop as a whole was great value.

The teacher was extremely friendly and encouraging. She explained everything step-by-step using demonstrations. The venue was well-equipped although being in a central point of the store meant that the teacher was interrupted several times by other customers. You receive a huge amount of materials for the price which means you can continue practising for no additional cost and the materials were high-quality (e.g. DMC thread). The only thing missing was an additional thread in a white colour for the mistletoe design. I really enjoyed learning a range of different stitches and building my confidence. I am normally a cross-stitcher and have always been a little intimidated by embroidery but this was the perfect introduction that also resulted in some cute little Christmas presents!
