Package of goods was good on this occasion. Teacher was good and offered some tips.

Vicki was very sweet. Boxes were on the table ready for us. Contents were good as we got 4 small balls, 2 flattish ones and 2 large glass ones. I went there to see the best way to fill them especially with the snow. I have come away knowing that and have lots of ideas that I want to try. I have bought some extra little bits to put in them. Table used for classes was still covered in shop stock and not wiped. Fran was good and talked through the equipment we were using. Disappointed that everything we were using was not in an individual box like the last one I did. We were handed all the bits. The company had not supplied the star cutters as advertised which meant we could not make the ones in the advertising so did not get the full benefit of using the tools. We were given some by Fran from stock but these were plastic. She made the best of what she had.

The young lady we had was very sweet and patient and good at what she did. We were given time to try the letters and she gave encouragement when needed. She was happy to keep repeating letters so that I could work it out. This was carried out at a table on the shop floor which was fine as there were only two of us. The kit we were given contained everything we needed and was presented very well. We were told we could use the Hobbycraft blog to get
more information if needed. Personally I think it was good value for money
