Indulge your love of nature at this flower arranging class in Broadway. Come and unwind in a light, bright and airy floristry studio nestled in the heart of the Cotswolds.
In this delightful workshop, you will learn the principles of floristry, discover how to make your flowers last longer and explore the key factors to consider when selecting blooms such as shape, texture, and colour.
You'll dive into the art of creating a hand-tied bouquet using a beautiful array of British flowers. Blend luscious blooms with fragrant blossoms and vibrant foliage, creating a breathtaking arrangement. Once your masterpiece is complete, your teacher will carefully wrap it in a charming Bloomery gift bag and provide a vase, ensuring your floral creation stays fresh and beautiful.
All are welcome to join in the fun, from beginners to those with experience and solo flower fans to groups on the hunt for a hen party or birthday celebration. If you want a personalised event, your teacher can bring all the materials to your chosen venue for an extra fee.

We believe in working with the environment and don’t use non-biodegradable oasis-type floral foam in our designs. Floral foam takes many years to break down, can’t be composted or recycled. In season we buy as many flowers as we can from local flower growers to support the local economy, also UK grown flowers have more scent than blooms from abroad and they also feed our UK bees! Nearly 90% of flowers bought in the UK are imported and may travel up to 3, 000 miles before they see a vase at home, so buying locally means the flowers are fresher and the air miles are none existent.
About me -- Allyson Martin
I’ve always loved working with flowers and plants. As a small child I’d sneak away at my grandparent’s house only to be found in the garden or greenhouse with Grandad, looking after the plants and vegetables that he grew. I finished university and started on a career in retail, eventually becoming a fashion buyer, which took me to some amazing places and I met some wonderful people, but the idea of starting my own flower business has always been with me. When we moved to the area I was able to complete my level 2 floristry certificate at Moreton Morrell college. To my enormous delight I was also awarded floristry student of the year. At this time I also worked for a floral installation company, creating arrangements for events such as the Cheltenham Gold Cup, Henley Regatta, Aegon Tennis tournament and even Wimbledon. I have now reached a point in my life where it’s now or never -- and I don’t want to look back and think ‘what if?‘. So here I am.
