Hi, I’m Vikki Nelson!
I’m the owner of ROKK Jewellery, where I create on-trend, bespoke jewellery using ethically sourced gemstones and crystals. My passion for jewellery-making began as a way to relax after teaching in the high-pressure financial services industry. After long days of training professionals, I found joy in crafting jewellery, and what started as a hobby quickly grew into a fulfilling career. Over time, I decided to formalise my skills and earned diplomas in silver and fine jewellery making, which deepened my understanding of the craft and its artistry.
I’m also a CIPD-qualified trainer with over 20 years of experience in teaching and coaching. Teaching has always been at the heart of what I do—whether it’s guiding financial teams or sharing the joys of jewellery-making with budding creatives. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone transform raw materials into something beautiful, gaining confidence and pride in their skills along the way.
One thing that sets me apart is my commitment to ethical jewellery. I believe in the power of gemstones and crystals to promote well-being, and I source materials responsibly to ensure that each piece not only looks stunning but feels good to wear. In my workshops, I share not just the techniques of jewellery-making but also the importance of sustainability and quality in the craft.
In addition to hosting workshops at House of Leyla in Gravesend, I’ve held pop-up events at venues like John Lewis in Bluewater and the Royal Naval College in Greenwich. My work has been featured in County Wedding Magazine, and my hallmark, ROK, represents my dedication to craftsmanship and creativity.
Whether you’re creating a crystal bracelet as a gift or designing ring for yourself, my workshops are about more than just making jewellery—they’re about making memories and discovering new skills. I can’t wait to meet you and help you fall in love with jewellery-making as much as I have.
