I’m Sarah, the founder of Rainbow Dandelion Crochet, a multi award-winning craft and wellbeing business created from lived experience and a deep desire to keep helping people in a meaningful, gentle way.

I offer mindful crochet sessions that are inclusive, trauma-informed, and welcoming to complete beginners.

My approach isn’t about perfection or productivity, it’s about grounding, and creating a calm, supportive space where people can learn at their own pace and feel safe to simply be.

My teaching style is warm, non-judgemental, and shaped by years of experience supporting others. I use crochet as a practical, accessible tool to encourage relaxation, focus, and reconnection.
