What you'll do
Come and join us and learn the basic techniques of pyrography (or wood burning).
During this class, you will get to practise the key techniques on walnut coasters. Once happy, move onto a natural wood chopping or cheese board. Alternatively, a set of wooden spoons is also available.
No experience necessary, and there are options to trace your desired design from a selection of patterns - so much fun!
Everything is included: tuition, coasters, and a choice of your final masterpiece.
(Please note you will be asked to wear suitable personal protective equipment - goggles/gloves)
Festive refreshments will also be available during the course. Please advise of any allergies at the time of booking.

My name is Jess from spills and swirls creative crafts, I live in Gloucestershire and have been doing crafts and floristry for the last 10 years and more recently teaching.
Come and join us for a fun and festive morning making Christmas kissing balls a great alternative to wreaths.
You will be provided with everything you need to create either 2 small kissing balls or one large ball during our 2.5 hour workshops. The session will consist of a live demonstration, Q+A as well as plenty of time for group interaction, music and fun!
