  • 5/5 from Jessica Jeng, attended May 2025: I had the most enriching experience during my three-hour machine knitting lesson with Valeria. She has deep knowledge, also very patience, and passion for the craft made the session incredibly inspiring. She explained every concept clearly, guided me through hands-on practice, and tailored the lesson to my skill level, making sure I felt supported and encouraged throughout. I love the way she interacts with me, she is very warm and vibrant, made me feel relaxed and comfortable, it doesn’t make you feel like having a boring literary knitting lesson.I was amazed at how much I learned in such a short time, didn’t realized 3 hours past already without a minute break. She is not only technical skills but also creative approaches that opened my eyes to new possibilities in knitting. I left the class feeling empowered, motivated, and excited to keep exploring. I truly appreciate her teaching and would highly recommend her to anyone eager to learn. And I would love to come back to her lessons again.
  • 5/5 from Katrina, attended May 2024: Valeria is an amazing teacher. She has a huge wealth of knowledge and she was happy to answer all of our wacky questions. I’m an artist wanting to use the knitting machine for a wide range of patterns/techniques and Valeria was happy to walk me through as much a we were able to cover in the time we had and it was so fun She also made a lot of great suggestions for things I could try on the machine and use in my art practice. If you’re thinking about machine knitting, definitely book this class. I can’t recommend it enough. We traveled from the USA to take this class and it was %1000 worth it. If I had more time I would have loved to book multiple days.
  • 5/5 from Sophie Giller, attended Sep 2023: Valeria who was teaching the class and Amanda who runs the space were so so warm and welcoming. The class from start to finish was totally amazing, Valeria explained things so clearly and had such an amazing approach to making which was so deeply skilled and experimental at the same time. I left feeling like I learnt SO MUCH in 3 hours which I look forward to putting into practice at home and coming back for another class soon. Valeria was incredibly attentive to also knowing what I was interested in through us talking and specifically what things I could learn that could suit me :)
  • 5/5 from Kitty, attended Aug 2023: Super fun and informative! I came out of the lesson feeling a lot more confident with a knitting machine and am excited to start experimenting on my own. Valeria is clearly very passionate about machine knitting techniques and creativity, it was inspiring to see her work and come up with ideas.
