What you'll do
Join our glass experience day in Worcester and discover 3 exciting crafts! In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of fused glass, stained glass, and enamelling, allowing you to create stunning glass art pieces. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience in fusing or enamelling, this class is perfect for you!
Throughout the day, you'll get to delve into the world of glass art and create your own masterpieces. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the process, ensuring you feel confident and supported every step of the way. You'll learn how to fuse glass, create beautiful stained glass panels, and craft enamelled copper jewellery.
Using high-quality materials and equipment provided, you'll be able to make approximately:
- 2-3 pieces of fused glass, including a larger item like a coaster or sun-catcher
- 1 hanging stained glass panel consisting of 3-4 rectangular pieces
- 3 pieces of unique and stylish enamelled copper jewellery
During the workshop, you'll be provided with a delicious buffet ploughman's lunch and enjoy tea or coffee throughout the day. Please remember to bring your own dust/face mask to ensure your safety.
After the workshop, I will fire your fused glass pieces for you, making them ready to be collected and cherished. However, you'll be able to take home your own stained glass and enamelled creations on the same day!
Knowledge required
No artistic ability or previous skills are required!
What you'll get
All materials and equipment are provided and a delicious lunch and tea/coffee will be served throughout the day. Your pieces will be finished and fired for you, available for collection or postage (at cost) afterwards.
What to bring
A face or dust mask for certain parts of the day (powders and soldering).

I've been teaching glass fusing for over 5 years and love sharing my passion for glass and helping people make beautiful pieces of glass they can be proud to display at home! More recently I've started teaching enamelling jewellery classes which is limited to 3 people at a time for safety reasons.
My husband, Chris, teaches pottery classes and we also offer combined pottery & glass half-day or whole-day courses at our workshops in Worcester.
