Join Dizzy Ink for the exciting Made in a Day printmaking workshop in Nottingham, a unique experience that allows participants to create, edit, print, and bind their own publications all within one day.
This workshop blends individual creativity with collaborative decision-making as participants decide on the day's exploration theme and work together during the editing process. The day culminates in a buzz of activity involving printing, folding, and binding.
This workshop is designed not only to teach practical skills but also to explore how we approach the creative process. It encourages guests to develop their individual work while fostering an environment of collaboration. The Made in a Day workshop serves as an experiment to challenge traditional creative processes.

Risograph is an extremely environmentally friendly form of printing. It uses soy-based inks pushed through natural fibre stencils. The ink is wet and only dries when absorbed into the paper’s surface thus not requiring much energy to fix toner like a laser printer.
We also only print on 100% recycled or FSC Certified paper. Within the studio we recycle as much leftover paper into other items.
