  • 5/5 from Gauri Gupta, attended Sep 2026: The teachers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient! They walked through the stages of linocutting and explained how to use the tools safely. I had been meaning to try linocut and most enjoyed learning about the process and having a finished product at the end of the class. The teachers built my confidence with their knowledge, encouragements, and easy going attitude. Looking forward to trying other workshops with them!

Jung and D’arcy were brilliant teachers, so friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was super friendly and chilled, I would definitely book on again and feel comfortable coming alone and meeting new people whilst learning new skills! I loved chatting with everyone and made a gorgeous tote bag, can’t wait to try more classes to support Crafty Cow and local businesses.

  • 5/5 from Marianne Chambers, attended Aug 2026: I really enjoyed the lino cutting workshop. The Jungle and her partner explained everything very clearly and provided us with all the equipment we needed. The class was very well organised and the teachers were on hand during the class to help with any difficulties we had. I came away with a bag and stencil to keep. It was a very enjoyable class and good value for money. Thank you!

Hello, we're Jung and D'Arcy. We are two artists who love art, craft, and creating welcoming spaces for people to make things together. Our workshops are rooted in a shared love of hands-on creativity, experimentation, and the idea that art should feel accessible, social, and fun.
Jung brings a teaching and engineering background, with experience in rehabilitation and assistive technologies, which shapes our approach to workshops in a thoughtful and inclusive way.
D'Arcy brings the fine art knowledge and practical skills that ensures our workshops are educational and based in proper techniques.
We care about making creative sessions feel approachable, well-guided, and enjoyable for beginners as well as more experienced makers.
We started this because we wanted to build the kind of creative community we were looking for ourselves, especially a social and welcoming space for queer artists and creatives to hang out, learn new skills, and have fun together. We also know how expensive it can be to get into crafts on your own, so our workshops are a way for people to try new processes and materials without having to invest in everything themselves.
Our workshops are informal, friendly, and community-led, with a focus on creativity, connection, and making art feel more accessible to more people.
