Pole Dancing Workshop

If you're looking for a classic hen party activity, this pole dancing workshop in Bristol is a fantastic way to get the festivities started before the big day. Hen groups will have maximum privacy as you will have exclusive use of the venue and also full bar service is available throughout should you need a little dutch courage!

The best thing about the class being held in stunning gentlemen’s club’s is the backdrop for a mini photo shoot! You'll love taking advantage of the beautiful venues and the opportunity to take some pictures in an operational gents club. It’s like two activities in one!

The lesson will begin with a gentle warm up. Your instructor will then perform a demonstration routine and the group will be taught a mixture of spins, climbs, inverts and floor moves. At the end of the session the instructor will put together a routine for the hen to perform to the rest of the group and everyone have a go at performing their own mini routines. You can even go all out and bring some sexy fancy dress and stripper heels to get some great pics and videos for social media whilst busting out your sexist routines and unleashing your inner pole dancer!

Please note:

• There is no nudity involved in the session and it's all just good old-fashioned fun. You will need bare arms and legs though to do many of the moves, so the girls need to be comfortable in shorts/t-shirt or a skirt/dress above the knee. We recommend sandals, daps or small pair of heels for footwear.
• Fancy dress is also permitted if you really want to go for it!
