About this class:
Would you like to create a sculpture of your pet to treasure forever?
At our 2.5-hour clay modelling class, you'll learn to create a bespoke sculpture of your beloved companion. No previous sculpting experience is needed, and expert guidance will be on hand from start to finish, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced artist looking to refine your skills.
What you’ll learn:
You'll discover the medium of clay as you explore techniques for shaping, modelling, refining and detailing your pet's likeness. Led by a professional sculptor and a qualified teacher, the class combines artistic expertise with patient, step-by-step guidance. With a maximum of five participants, you'll get plenty of individual attention in a relaxed, friendly setting.
Whether you want to learn new skills, create a realistic sculpture of your pet to treasure forever, or enjoy a fun afternoon with friends, this class is for you!

Extras:
Once you have sculpted your pet, you can choose to come back to paint your pet sculpture for only £35 (see 'Add-on' below).

With our devotion for our adorable pooches, Minnie and Maya, and our passion for creativity, we decided to merge our two loves together - and that's how the Pet Sculpture Studio was born!
Louise is an experienced sculptor with a BA (Hons) degree in Special Effects for Film, TV and Theatre and a background in sculpting, life casting and mould making. She is also a proud member of Herts Visual Arts (HVA). By the age of 22, she was already undertaking private sculpting commissions. She has always been fascinated by working in three dimensions and transforming materials into something personal and meaningful.
Tara is a qualified primary school teacher with 15 years of teaching experience. She has a natural flair for sculpting models both in clay and fondant for cakes. Together, we bring over 40 years of combined experience in sculpting and teaching, blending artistic expertise with a passion for helping others learn and create.
Our aim is simple: to share our passion for sculpting and help others discover the joy of creating something truly special and unique.
Our workshops are friendly, relaxed and full of creativity. Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, create a lasting keepsake of your beloved pet, or simply enjoy a fun afternoon with friends, we'll guide you through the process, step by step.
