What you'll do
Explore the artistry of the ancient process of lost-wax casting, dating back 6000 years.
In this hands-on, personalised workshop, you'll craft a pendant using pink sheet wax and a variety of tools and techniques.
Pink sheet wax is soft and malleable and requires less accuracy than a wax-carved ring. It's playful and organic, and you will make a piece that reflects both history and your artistic expression.
You'll have enough material to make several pendants, then choose your favourite to be cast in 100% recycled sterling silver.
Your one-of-a-kind pendant will be returned to you, carefully finished by Sharla, a few weeks after the course.
- Chain samples will be available to choose from at a small additional price.
- Option to have your pendant gold-plated (vermeil) or cast in solid gold at an additional cost also.
- Please allow extra time for gold.
