Paul is the UK's #1 cocktail and bartender trainer with a career stretching back over many years. In his early twenties he won seven global mixology titles, set two Guinness world mixology records and opened the award-winning cocktail bar, Kudos in South West London.

After selling Kudos, Paul went on to pioneer the role of the cocktail consultant, establishing himself as one of the very first cocktail advisors to the UK spirits industry.
