Pasta Bowl Workshop

Get creative with clay and make something you'll actually use! In this hands-on pottery workshop in Bristol, you'll learn the basics of hand-building and discover how to shape and decorate your very own handmade pasta bowl.You'll be guided step-by-step through the process of working with clay and building your bowl using simple coiling and hand-building techniques. Once you've created the shape, you can make it completely your own. Add textures, patterns, stamps, lettering, or sculptural details to give your bowl plenty of personality. There are no rules when it comes to your design, so let your imagination take over!To finish, you'll have a range of paints available to add colour and bring your creation to life. After the workshop, your bowl will be carefully bisque-fired, glazed, and fired once more. It'll then be ready for you to collect in approximately 4–6 weeks.We'll contact you as soon as your bowl is ready, and we'll keep it safely for up to 6 weeks for collection.Whether you're trying pottery for the first time, coming along with friends, or planning a birthday, hen party, or team activity, this workshop is a fun and relaxed way to get creative.
