label £28 - £100 (Earlybird price of £28 applies if you book into a public session 28+ days ahead; £28 per Adult, £100 per Bookings of 5)

Discover the healing powers of nature in this enchanting children’s workshop. Learn the art of forest bathing and nature crafting, and embark on a transformative journey. In this class, you will have the opportunity to escape the city and reconnect with the natural world.

Learn the secrets to using this mindful practise that teaches self-regulation to help calm. You will be able to use it whenever you find yourself in nature.

From the start, you and your little one will be guided on a mindful walk around the Pavilion Gardens or by the Sea (weather dependent). Learn to slow down and reconnect to nature on our doorsteps in Brighton.

During the workshop, you both will learn how to craft beautiful objects using materials found in nature. Connect with Mother Earth as you create unique and meaningful pieces.

As you walk, you will feel the gentle breeze, knowing that just like trees need wind to strengthen their roots, humans too can find strength in embracing the challenges that come their way. The waves move with the Moon and learn how to harness this energy.

This workshop is designed to give you space away for you to bond with your little one out from the hustle and bustle of daily life and to connect with each other and to this wonderful community of parents and children.

Take this opportunity together to introspect and find solace amidst nature's embrace.

This class is conveniently located at Children’s cafe, Puzzle Bored on New Road, Brighton, next to the Pavilion Gardens. This is an inclusive session and everyone is welcome.

Earth Walks are similar to Forest Bathing. This is the simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.

I will guide you in how to unlock your child’s inner creativity step by step. Come away feeling more refreshed and present.

£28 per session for one child, and the accompanying adult is free. Or £38 for 2 children, and one adult comes free. Message me if you have 2 children that would like to come.

I am a nature lover and I am a qualified Forest School as well as a Nature Crafts Facilitator.

I have fallen in love with Forest Bathing which is a multi sensory nature based mindful practice. Forest Bathing originates from Japanese and it is the Japanese government’s antidote to high tech fast paced culture.

I discovered it after moving to the countryside after living in Brighton & London in my teens and 20s.

This Japanese practice is designed to get us out of heads and into our 5 senses. Known in Japan as shinrin yoku.

The simple method of being calm and quiet amongst the trees, observing nature around you whilst breathing deeply can help de-stress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.

I came across Nature Crafts while practicing Forest Bathing. This has enabled me to intrinsically reconnect with my inner child and my passion for art after being in the corporate world for the last 10 years. I have come full circle and proudly get to use puts my arts education to good use.

My nature based workshops are inspired by my crafts, I love working with flowers, the five elements and materials that can be found in nature. My teaching encourages reconnection to ourselves using the five senses.

Let’s unlock your inner creativity and I will guide you step by step towards creating something truly unique.
