Hi there! I'm Maggie, a textile artist passionate about sustainability and textiles. I work only with organically and ethically produced natural fibres, plants and dyes and use pre-loved fabrics wherever possible. I discovered the practice of botanical eco printing by accident four years ago when I picked too many elderberries to make jam with, and I've been captivated by it ever since!There are many ways to create glorious, joyful prints with plants, flowers and foodstuff which we have close to hand. Now, there aren't enough hours in the day to pursue all the beautiful possibilities. I wish I'd discovered eco printing five years earlier, but I'm making the most of it now! I love spreading joy and enabling others to discover this captivating practice in fun public classes and private workshops. So why not join me and have a blast with botanical eco printing now?
