Q: Are your workshops beginner-friendly?
Yes! All of our workshops are designed for complete beginners.
Q: How many people attend?
Most of our workshops are kept to small groups (usually 4–12 people) so everyone gets one-to-one time with the tutor.
Q: How do I get there? Is there parking?
There are several car parks within a few minutes’ walk of the shop, all with affordable rates. We recommend Brooke Street carpark, as its the cheapest carpark and you can stay all day. Handy tip: parking in Lewes is free on Sundays, so if your workshop falls on a Sunday, you won’t need to pay. Lewes is also really well connected by public transport, with regular trains from London and Brighton, and excellent local bus links straight into the town centre.
Q: Are there age restrictions?
We run separate workshops for adults and children. Each listing will clearly state who it’s for, so you’ll always know if it’s adults-only or child-friendly. For our kids’ workshops, you can rest assured that all of our teachers are fully DBS-checked and experienced in creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment for children to learn.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: No cancellations, but free to reschedule up until 21 days before the class
