There’s no need to worry if you’ve never meditated before; it’s simply a way to help you explore your imagination through symbols, images, and emotions.Throughout the workshop, your teacher will be on hand to help you find your unique expression and navigate any creative blocks. While the focus is on the feel-good process rather than a perfect end result, you’ll receive plenty of support to help your ideas take shape on the canvas. To keep things sustainable, you’ll be using surplus paints to reduce waste while you chat and connect with like-minded people.
