• 5/5 from Gillian Graham, attended Aug 2026: Went with a friend who had been before. Learnt how to use the brushes to full effect. Lovely teacher Kharmen. Lovely atmosphere. How relaxed about it Kharmen was; if you made a mistake she said you can just change it by doing this; great. attached my first ever painting attempt - not too bad for someone who a 2 year old can outdraw :)

• 5/5 from Amanda Young, attended Dec 2025: It was a daunting topic, I mean who can draw a decent circle. Well surprise surprise, you don't have to. Pretty pleased with the turn out. As usual Karmen was great.
• 5/5 from Pennie, attended Oct 2025: Our 3rd brush party, and the most difficult so far! As usual, all the necessary equipment was provided with top-ups where necessary. One learner brought her own acrylic paints, which was no problem, and added different colours to the mix when we compared our results. The lovely, patient and talented tutor, Khamen, competently guided us through at quite a pace, but I don't think there were any absolute beginners and we all kept up. I am really pleased with my painting - I didn't know I had it in me! Everyone seemed pleased with the results, which were each slightly different and unique, showing that we all work and interpret instructions in different ways. It's a fun and creative way to spend an evening, and no matter who you go with you talk to everyone there, so it's very sociable too.
