Paint a Poppy Field in support of the Poppy Appeal

Learn to paint online, relax and express your creativity and make a beautiful masterpiece to hang in your home in this live virtual art class.We are holding an online live free event in support of the Royal British Legion on Sunday 3rd November at 4pm via YouTube and TikTok… don’t worry if you can’t attend at that time, a recording will be available to watch until the end of the Poppy Appeal.We would love everyone to paint or draw a Poppy Field, upload to our Brush Party facebook page with the #poppyappeal and then display their work of art in a prominent window at home!You can use whatever you have to hand… We are using acrylic paints – but felt tips, pencils or crayons are all perfect for creating a Poppy Field masterpiece.Our special event will last approx 1 hour - It's a great activity for everyone!This event is totally free to take part in - there’s a donate button available should you wish to make a donation to the appeal.Guided by your experienced painting teacher, you'll learn how to paint step-by-step and by the end of your workshop, you'll have a range of new art skills and your very own masterpiece to keep.If you're looking for relaxing things to do at home and would love to learn to paint, this class is an ideal place to start.
