The whole team were lovely and made my visit really enjoyable. Unfortunately, I had a very different experience at the Farnborough branch last week when trying to book a 1:1 Cricut course. Staff told me not to book online due to short staffing and suggested I go to Woking or Basingstoke instead, which wasn't ideal given the distance. Glad I gave Woking a try - great decision! Thank you Sarah I actually made my first vinyl decal Thanks to the Woking team for making my day, and hope Farnborough can get some extra support to improve their service."

I’m so excited to get my machine now. Sarah was amazing a true asset- HobbyCraft take note, you’ve had endless ppl singing her praises for very good reason. If Sarah doesn’t know the answer to a Cricut question, then you’re asking the wrong Sarah! I would do this course again and couldn’t recommend it highly enough especially if you’re thinking of investing!

Sarah was amazing - she was extremely knowledgable, and even when i was thinking out loud and writing notes she was so patient. She covered so much content in such a short space of time yet everything made complete sense because she is a natural at teaching. A true asset to the company. I will definitely be booking further lessons to cover different cricut techniques.

A laptop, rather than a tablet, would have improved my experience as that is the screen presentation I am more familiar with on Design Space and will be using in future. We made a cutaway card as I had requested, a gift tag using a vinyl sentiment and I am now more confident in using some of the aspects of Design Space. There is still a huge amount to learn and trial; I may organise another 1:1 session soon.

Was using the Cricut machine to do a photo lightbox and she explained how it worked and the other types of projects you can use it for. Between the pair of us we managed to get all three templates cut and ready to go. If you want to have a try of the machines then I can't recommend Sarah highly enough!

Considering we only had an hour Sarah showed me numerous items which can be made using the cricut joy. Very worth while good value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this 1 hour course. So very easy with Sarah at your side. Would highly recommend these workshop. I have learnt so much and nothing is ever a silly question. Sarah is also on hand when you pop in and happy to help with any questions as are the other staff in Woking. It's now my go to store. Thank you.

It was a bit frustrating for both her and for me.

We were able to strip the projects back to basics and create them properly. Very successful and I now have them saved. Always a pleasure to work with Sarah and nothing is too much trouble.
