O Christmas Tree Patchwork and Quilting 2 Day Workshop

Create a festive quilt, wall hanging, or table runner with nine charming appliquéd Christmas trees.

12 hours total (over 2 dates) Class size 1 to 3 guests       £64 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Celebrate the festive season by creating a charming Christmas quilt or wall hanging featuring nine unique appliquéd Christmas trees, each with its own individual character. Decorated with an assortment of buttons and festive embellishments, this delightful project is sure to become a treasured Christmas decoration that you'll enjoy displaying year after year.
Over this relaxed and enjoyable two-day workshop, you'll be guided through the techniques needed to complete the project with plenty of tuition from Janet along the way. You'll learn how to prepare and stitch beautiful machine appliqué shapes, achieve neat, accurate piecing, and discover tips for adding decorative details that bring your trees to life.
One of the best things about this design is its versatility. While the sample finishes at approximately 24 x 33 inches, you can easily adapt the project to suit your own needs by making more or fewer blocks. Create a festive wall hanging, a cosy lap quilt, a table runner, or even use the individual tree blocks for cushions or other seasonal home décor.
This workshop is suitable for confident beginners and experienced quilters alike. If you're new to machine appliqué, you'll gain the confidence to use the technique on future projects, while more experienced stitchers will enjoy adding their own creative touches with fabrics, buttons, and embellishments.
