I discovered intuitive painting on an art retreat with Flora Bowley and my world was blown open by the joy of creativity and I felt so empowered that I made it non negotiable to go on an art retreat every year with a variety of brilliant international teachers such as Tracy Verdugo and Orly Avineri, Teesha Moore and Alena Henessey.
Since 2017 I have been running my own art workshops. I love how creativity is a kind of MAGIC that opens doors to new ways of being. The way I teach is inspired by my teachers and also completely unique. I infuse intuitive painting, emergent processes and spirituality to support you to let go of what holds you back and paint or create from a space of freedom. I am also a qualified yoga teacher and leadership coach and bring my now MANY years of experience into play when I hold space for you to unfurl your creative wings and fly.
