Q: Is this suitable for children?
Yes, we have successfully taught mosaic workshops to children as young as six years old. However, please note that these sessions are typically led by one tutor and can include up to eight participants, so we are unable to provide one-to-one support throughout the workshop. If a child attends, we ask that they are accompanied by an adult who is happy to assist them where needed and understands that the tutor's time must be shared fairly amongst all participants. Whilst there is no strict age limit, we would generally recommend the workshop for ages 12+ unless the child is particularly crafty, patient and confident working independently. The workshop is largely self-led, with guidance and support available throughout, so participants will get the most from the experience if they are comfortable following instructions and working on their own project.
