Mindful Watercolour Painting Class - Cambridge

Join me for this mindful watercolour painting workshop in Cambridge for a relaxing and creative evening activity. Over two sessions, you'll learn in a calm and supportive setting where there are no mistakes – just the joy of painting.In this workshop, I will guide you step by step through the creative process. You will learn:

• How to create two semi-abstract watercolour paintings in each session, working on both pieces in turn to allow for gentle drying time.
• How to explore patterns, light strokes, and flowing designs to build semi-abstract landscapes or other calming scenes.
• How to practise brush control, balance water and colour, and simply get to know your materials.

This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience who would like to enjoy a slower, more meditative approach to their art.I look forward to painting with you and sharing a calm and creative evening together. You'll leave this restorative experience with your beautiful paintings and a newfound sense of peace.Venue details:The class takes place in Helmoor 119 (first floor, room 119). The room can be a little tricky to find, so at 6.30 p.m. I will meet everyone at the main reception and security office at the front of the building (East Road entrance).
