How can we help?
Q: Is the venue and course accessible?
Yes, our venue is fully accessible. There is disabled parking available on site, and the building is equipped with accessible entrances and facilities to accommodate all participants comfortably. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q: Do I need any prior experience in working with glass to attend the workshop?
No prior experience is required! Our workshop is designed for all skill levels, including beginners. Our experienced instructor will guide you through each step, and we have patterns you can make which are suitable for a range of skill levels.
Q: What should I wear to the workshop?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is suitable for crafting, along with closed-toe shoes. Also, consider bringing an apron or an old shirt to protect your clothes from glass fragments. Don't forget your glasses if you need them for close work!
Q: Can I bring my own design, or are there pre-set patterns to choose from?
For our Christmas workshops, we provide a range of design options that are suitable for a range of experience levels and are designed to be completed in the time allotted. You can mix and match from these options to create your own unique pieces.
Q: Is lunch provided during the workshop?
Lunch is not provided, but there will be scheduled breaks where you can enjoy your own packed lunch or explore local dining options.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
A: Free to cancel or reschedule up until 10 days before the class
Q: How long does the class run for, and what's the price?
A: 6 hours, £75 - £120 per guest (£75 for Half Day Ticket, 10:30 - 13:30; £120 for Full Day Ticket, 10:30 - 16:30)
