- You'll receive a warm welcome from Paula of Cocoon&me and Emma of Pitfield Barn at the workshop studio.
- Emma will then lead a guided tour of the beautiful flower fields, where you will learn about the seasonal varieties currently in bloom. A lovely selection of flowers will be pre-cut for you to use in your arrangement later. If the weather is kind, you might also get the chance to cut a few extra stems for your bouquet.
- Afterwards, you’ll return to the studio to relax with tea and homemade cake before the creative session begins.
- Paula from Cocoon&me will then expertly guide you step by step as you learn how to make your own macramé vase cover. You’ll craft your piece using soft, flexible 5mm recycled cotton cord, available in a range of lovely colours, designed to fit the vintage-style apothecary bottle vase provided.

By Car: 20 minute drive from Brighton They are at the gate just past the 20 mph sign on the left hand side in Chalkers Lane, before you get to the College and there is a wooden sign on the verge. Turn into that drive and up to the top and they are there. There is free parking at the Barn. By Rail: Nearest station is Hassocks, which is a 10 minute drive from the Barn
