Knowledge required
This workshop is designed for complete beginners.You don’t need any prior experience with jewellery, glass, or tools — we’ll guide you step-by-step through the whole process.All safety instructions and demonstrations are included, and we work in small groups so you’ll get plenty of one-to-one support.
What to bring
- Nothing at all — just yourself!
- All materials, safety equipment, tools, and refreshments are provided. We recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and tying back long hair for safety. Glasses or safety goggles are supplied, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Your teacher
Come and spend some time in this family run workshop in Norfolk, Ian began his training in Hatton Garden in 1977 and has since cherished a career in designing and handcrafting jewellery. Ten years ago, Ian opened his workshop to students, finding joy in teaching the art of his craft. He takes pleasure in helping students create lasting memories, whether for a beautiful wedding day or simply starting a new hobby.After marring Ian, Jade was captivated with the joys of making jewellery and developed a passion for Art Silver Clay and Lamp Glass Bead Making, book in on any of the wonderful workshop and their enthusiasm and joy of watching others learn with enable you to make stunning pieces of jewellery you can wear home.
