  • 5/5 from Byron Sargeant, attended Apr 2024: Wasn't expecting it to be exactly what my partner and I needed. There was no occasion, we just wanted to try something different together and it was a great experience. Sabina was great, the venue was perfect, everything we needed was provided. I feel the class was good value for money. I liked mostly the way Sabina encouraged a community type feel to the session. Although strangers to each other it became a safe space to express. We will likely attend again.

I would definitely book this class again, and I'd highly recommend it to other people who are looking for chilled out activities and creative ways to unwind. There were so many great things about the class such as the relaxing music, the chamomile tea, hearing other people's stories and painting a picture that was personally meaningful.

We started the class with introductions and went on to a warm up painting exercise before we did some mindfulness to inspire our main pieces. She was really helpful if anyone needed any help or guidance and was so encouraging. Would 100% go again and recommend this to any and everyone :)
  • 5/5 from Linette-Malka, attended Feb 2024: Sabina was lovely and so easy to talk to. She made everyone feel comfortable and welcoming the entire time which was great because I can be quite shy around new people. The class was amazing value for money considering what you get and experience when you're there. She taught us a quick art exercise in the beginning which was so much fun, and I loved how Sabina encouraged relaxation and not to overthink too much when painting. We ended up with some really nice pieces at the end.
  • 5/5 from Aimée Twum-Danso, attended Feb 2024: I really enjoyed this class! I was feeling a bit nervous to come alone but instantly felt relaxed and comfortable once we all started painting. Sabina is a really supportive and encouraging teacher which also helped to calm my nerves. The short meditation was a nice touch as well, I loved how mindfulness was used as a tool to help us to create art. I left feeling very zen‍️ (The playlist was banging too)
  • 5/5 from Paij Hamilton, attended Aug 2023: What a great class, it was a fun afternoon. Sabina was welcoming and inspiring as a person. We was provided was a nice selection of teas as well as brushes and colours to use as paints for the class. We started the class by introducing ourselves to break the ice and then we zoned to a mindfulness audio to guide us on what we could paint. Sabina was great as she walked around to keep checking in on everyone's progress and gave us all tips on colours we could use and how we could make our work "pop" if we wasn't too certain on what to do. It was fun seeing everyone's work at the end of the class, the whole class was therapeutic. If you're into calm-fulness, being open minded and good soul and r&b music, this is the class for you!
