NEW 45 minute workshop!
Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with our slime making workshops! You'll have everything you need for getting creative with DIY slime and make your very own batch choosing from a range of colours and textures, making your goo unique.
This is a great way to encourage their creative flair, with an expert Hobbycraft colleague on hand to guide them through each step. This workshop is designed to encourage children to get making and it’s sure to inspire them for even more slime making fun.
Workshop suitable for ages 3+ years. All kids’ craft workshops require adult supervision. One ticket is required per child.
Please note: Messy aprons are not supplied. We would recommend bringing your own or wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Additionally, our workshop spaces in some stores are located in open areas and we will endeavour to minimise interruption from other crafters.
This workshop is also available as a private workshop for group bookings of 4+. Please note capacity varies per store. Please ask store upon request.

Some workshops are suitable for children, and where this is the case, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising their child at all times unless the workshop is clearly stated as suitable for independent attendance. Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

- 5/5 from Kristy Winter, attended Aug 2026: I took my son and friends to the slime making workshop. It was to thank them for having my son for the day while I was at work. Charlie made us very welcome from the start of the workshop. She showed us what to use to make slime with very clear instructions we were given lots of choice for colour and accessories for the slime. We even had time extra for more slime making. The children really enjoyed there afternoon very good value for money. We will probably buy some products to have a go at home too!

The teacher was nice, and it's at the back of the store and the atmosphere was nice cool temperature and the setting was a very nice place and had a great experience, and you use PVA glue as the starter [student]
