Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with our slime making workshops! You'll have everything you need for getting creative with DIY slime and make your very own batch choosing from a range of colours and textures, making your goo unique.
This is a great way to encourage their creative flair, with an expert Hobbycraft colleague on hand to guide them through each step. This workshop is designed to encourage children to get making and it’s sure to inspire them for even more slime making fun.
Workshop suitable for ages 3+ years. All kids’ craft workshops require adult supervision. One ticket is required per child.
Please note: Messy aprons are not supplied. We would recommend bringing your own or wearing clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. Additionally, our workshop spaces in some stores are located in open areas and we will endeavour to minimise interruption from other crafters.
This workshop is also available as a private workshop for group bookings of 4+. Please note capacity varies per store. Please ask store upon request.

At Hobbycraft, we want our workshops to be enjoyable, inclusive, and safe for everyone. Some workshops are suitable for children, and where this is the case, a parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising their child at all times unless the workshop is clearly stated as suitable for independent attendance. Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

- 5/5 from Jane Ruddle, attended Aug 2026: Slime making. Workshop started on time. Very friendly teacher, Serren, great with the kids. Lovely atmosphere. Good choice of colours for making 3 slimes plus glitter. My granddaughter enjoyed the workshop.

We really wanted to make more that 1 slime pot (the website says you can make up to a minimum of 1 slime to take home a max of 3) The workshop was on the shop floor - the table was abit small. I wished that tissue or wetwipes were provided. Liked the ease of walking in and not having to find the workshop as it was just in front of you!
