The Kimchi Table was created to share the authentic flavours, traditions, and stories behind one of Korea's most iconic foods.With over five years of experience, our team has introduced hundreds of people to the art of kimchi-making through hands-on workshops, community events, private celebrations, and corporate team-building experiences. What began as a passion for traditional Korean fermentation has grown into a welcoming space where people can discover Korean culture in a fun, relaxed, and meaningful way.Our workshops are about much more than following a recipe. They offer the chance to learn the history and traditions of kimchi, understand the fermentation process, and create your own authentic kimchi using traditional ingredients and techniques. Whether you're joining on your own, with friends, or as part of a team, everyone is welcome at the table.One of the things we love most about teaching is seeing people's reactions when they realise that making authentic kimchi is both approachable and incredibly rewarding.
