Introduction to Botanical Dyeing Workshop

In this workshop, you'll discover the art of natural dyeing using plants and kitchen scraps. Led by Anna, who integrates these techniques into her art, you'll gain hands-on experience in extracting colours from botanical sources. By the end of the session, you'll take home your own naturally dyed samples and possess the knowledge to continue your exploration at home.During the class, you'll:

• Learn simple processes for natural dyeing
• Explore ancient methods of extracting colour from botanical sources
• Get hands-on experience with foraged/grown plants and kitchen scraps
• Gain insight into Anna's artistic practice and how she uses these techniques
