What you'll do
Join us for a cosy evening of creativity and flavour as we explore the art of infused liqueurs.In this relaxed home workshop, you’ll learn how to blend fruits, herbs, and spices to create your own beautifully bottled infusions — the perfect handmade gift (or personal treat!).We’ll start the evening by talking through the basics of infusion: how to choose your base spirit, balance flavours, and layer ingredients to create something completely your own. You’ll then make your own small-batch liqueurs using a range of seasonal ingredients — from citrus peels and warming spices to herbs and berries freshly foraged from the garden.There’s no rush and no rigid structure; just a creative space to experiment and enjoy. Once your bottles are sealed, you’re welcome to stay by the fire pit (weather permitting) or gather around the kitchen table for some refreshments and conversation. It’s a lovely way to round off the evening — relaxed, social, and a little bit indulgent.Come solo, bring a friend, or schedule a private group workshop. Let's craft, create and connect.We can't wait to meet you!A quick note: Our home is shared with two friendly (and sometimes diva-like) dogs who are curious about everyone who visits. They’ll happily join us while we work and usually find a cosy lap when it’s time to sit by the fire pit.
